Biography
Hello, my name is Jalon Isabell, and as a graphic designer with a strong foundation in both print and digital media, my work spans from sports marketing to academic promotions and collectible packaging design.
At Leaf Trading Cards, I lead the visual development of trading card sets—designing not only the cards themselves but also cohesive packaging, promotional materials, and dynamic social media content tailored to each set’s brand identity.
Previously, I brought fresh, engaging visuals to the Dallas Mavericks marketing team, where I crafted everything from digital banners and email campaigns to in-arena graphics and stadium-wide branding concepts that enhanced the fan experience.
While at UNT Libraries External Relations, I designed a wide range of materials—event posters, flyers, signage, and promotional items—focused on clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency across the university’s library system.
My journey began in the UNT CVAD Printmaking Department as a studio assistant, where I developed a deep respect for craft and process. I maintained studio spaces, prepped materials, and ensured equipment functionality—experience that continues to inform my attention to detail and appreciation for production workflows.
I am currently based out of the DFW area, and available for freelance projects.
