This capstone project focused on demonstrating how Mavs Gaming could provide significant value to the Dallas Mavericks and the local Dallas ISD school district by serving as a sponsor for the high school gaming league. The project highlighted how this partnership could help expand Mavs Gaming’s influence through engaging activities, competitive tournaments, and community involvement, ultimately fostering growth in esports participation and strengthening ties with the local youth community.
